City of Toronto All Events http://ift.tt/1EEzHES Meagan's Walk is a fundraising community walk for all ages and abilities from Fort York to The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), where walkers join hands to form a human hug around the hospital, sending a message to all children, families and care-giving professionals inside, that they are not alone. Presented by Colliers International Inc. Meagan's Walk: A Circle of Hope was founded with a mission to change an alarming statistic regarding paediatric brain tumours.
