Check out the full programme schedule at tiff.net/georgian #Georgiancinema The Wishing Tree: Spanning the four seasons and interweaving some twenty-two stories, this episodic pastorale set in a pre-revolutionary Georgian village draws inspiration from Brueghel and the famous Georgian painter Pirosmani to create a striking visual allegory that is rich in detail and manifold in meaning.
