To educate the community about the food they eat, the source from which it comes and how it is grown and/or prepared. To increase community access to fresh, local, organic and sustainably grown produce, meats and dairy. We support slow food - gathering regional foods to cook and eat at hearth and home. We don't currently consider non-food vendors. In addition to a large variety of seasonal vegetables and fruit, we offer cheeses, meats, fish, poultry, eggs, bread, crackers, sweet baked goods, mushrooms, condiments, coffee, fermented products and, early in the season, seedlings.
