City of Toronto All Events http://ift.tt/1vn8AJc Six Degrees of Freedom represents a group of artists (Gail Backus, Biljana Baker, Barry Coombs, Gary Duncan, Ethel Grossman, Linda Kemp, Mary Lou Hiller, Doug Mays, Tiina Price, Doreen Renner and Bill Schwarz) with diverse backgrounds from Northern and Southern Ontario. Love of the natural environment, a desire for broadened horizons, and joy in the limitless possibilities of creating with paint has brought them together to celebrate the freedom of interpretation. This juried exhibition of exciting and dramatic original works contains watercolours on paper, as well as acrylics or oils on stretched canvas.
