City of Toronto All Events http://ift.tt/1K2es46 Classes will focus on four types of exercises: 1) Endurance - improve health of the heart and circulatory system 2) Strengthening - build muscle tissue and reduce age-related muscle loss 3) Stretching - keep body limber and flexible 4) Balance - reduce chance of a fall Classes are free of charge and participants may join multiple classes. Space is limited and registration is required. Please bring your Health Card and indoor shoes to each class. Participants will be asked to take part in an assessment (PAR-Q Form) prior to start.
