City of Toronto All Events http://ift.tt/1P7OQ93 Along for the Ride -- an exhibit of photography by Simeon Posen Sim Posen has been fascinated by the brash excitement and engineering marvels of the midway since he was a young boy and for the last seventeen years he has explored this by photographing the rides and their spinning lights, recording their patterns of movement as they weave lines across the night sky. Using a Pentax with 400 film, Posen has achieved a way for us to experience the sensation of speed and motion of a still image. Part of the city-wide Scotiabank CONTACT Photography Festival.
