Within a specially created dome, guests will be immersed in a 360 degree experience, surrounded by video and interactive elements that engage and amplify all of the senses. The experience will unfold over five-courses; each dish is inspired by one of the five senses, and paired with Stella Artois. Sensorium is being created in partnership with a team of sensory experts led by Richie Farina, former Executive Chef at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Chicago. Experts will work together to create an interactive experience that challenges the guests' sense of taste, touch, sight, sound and smell. #Sensorium
