City of Toronto All Events http://ift.tt/1Iwab6B WIES Design Competition is a 4 day event open to young female and male students in gr. 6 - 9 to help them discover the excitement of engineering and science! In order to help them along this journey, we will be supporting the students every step of the way by providing team facilitators who are currently in the field of engineering and science. This event runs over the course of two weekends: August 8th, 9th, 15th and 16th. There will be 3 workshops, prototype design and building, and final testing and presentation day.
