The program includes Autumn, the energetic final movement of Glazunov's ballet, The Seasons; Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 5 in E minor, reflecting his maturing outlook on life, this symphony starts out with sorrow but gradually transforms into a triumphant march; and Mozart's Overture to the Magic Flute, written during the last year of his life, this opera is one of the most frequently performed in the world.
