Moksha yoga is a unique yoga series that combines the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional yoga. It is a cardiovascular workout that strengthens, tones and loosens the muscles, while calming the mind and reducing stress. Enter through the Yonge Street entrance. Bring your own yoga mat. Doors open 15 minutes before class starts. Please arrive early to change and sign up so class can begin promptly. Late comers will not be allowed entrance. No previous yoga experience required. Please wear comfortable clothing. Washrooms available for changing.
