This is a dress-up event - now's your chance to get your doggie in the Halloween spirit. Costumes are not required but are highly suggested - wouldn't want to be the "odd dog out"! Treats Happen will be providing treats for our trick or treaters as well as a special prize for the doggie with the best costume! In need of a costume? Global Pet Foods Liberty Village has them!
