These layered assemblages of paper and drawing are on display through October 24, with a reception on Saturday, September 26 from 2 to 5 p.m. Professor Chip Piatti will also speak about the work at 3 p.m. on the 26th. His class at BAC brings together Chip's love of and deep expertise about the automobile and the architecture and infrastructure that emerged to meet the car. He asks the students to use collage as a medium to explore their frequently unquestioned view of the world as seen through the windshield and to consider how this significant view of architecture and landscape has shaped them.
