City of Toronto All Events http://ift.tt/1P27zi4 The KAMA Reading Series has been World Literacy Canada's trademark event for the last twenty years, promoting the joy attained through reading, literature, and critical thought. At the same time, it provides World Literacy Canada with opportunities to raise awareness about the key importance of literacy and the empowerment of women and children in the movement against poverty. The 2015 KAMA Reading Series will span across five evenings of readings over the course of five months (January 28, February 25, March 25, April 29 and May 27). Complimentary cocktails & hors d'oeuvres will be served.
