City of Toronto All Events http://ift.tt/1FZL35q In Toronto, there are at least 10,000 young people who are homeless throughout the year and as many as 2,000 on a given night. Join us on Sunday April 26 and support the 2015 Eva's Initiatives Walk for Homeless Youth. The Walk begins at Eva's Satellite (25 Canterbury Place) and route extends 6 km to Eva's Place (360 Lesmill Road). A BBQ and celebrations with Eva's Youth will follow. Approximately 100 people from various Toronto communities will walk the streets of Toronto to raise funds and awareness in support Eva's work to end youth homelessness
