City of Toronto All Events http://ift.tt/1CRRH9j Oh behave! An orchestral romp with a theme of misbehaving, guest directed by our very own Aisslinn Nosky. Misdemeanours include a suite from Purcell's music for Abdelazer (a play rife with murder and mayhem), a Telemann suite with a musical homage to rowdy students, and Charpentier's incidental music for Circe - who delighted in turning lovers into boars, monsters, and woodpeckers. Also music by Farina, Torelli, and a new work by Canadian composer Michael Oesterle.
