City of Toronto All Events http://ift.tt/1FDgdhI Pueblo Gala 2015: A Science Affair is a unique celebration set against a Science of Food theme featuring molecular gastronomy, a mixology show and modernist cocktails, related science tricks, and a live performance that will stimulate all five senses. Molecular cuisine will be catered by John Placko (Culinary Director, Modern Culinary Academy) and modernist cocktails will be served by BarChef. The event will be run in partnership with the SHAMBA Foundation, which increases the capacity of charities through fundraising and consultancy. Proceeds from the event will be used to sustain Pueblo Science educational programs and events. A charitable tax receipt will be issued in accordance with CRA Guidelines.
