With his great skill Zekoff, shows how emotion and passion can jump off the canvas by using a monochromatic colour palette. His photo-realistic hands and female bodies exude such great emotion, truly stopping the viewer in their tracks. His female figures are of nudes as well as his incredibly delicate ballerinas. In this body of works the artist has included hints and touches of colour in his subjects, and has also changed the backgrounds of some of these pieces to white or red. Through this new palette, he shows that one does not require a large amount of colour in order to exude emotion.
